A large part of what drives me to paint is a passion to create a place I want to be. No place is more inviting than my world, full of kindness and consideration. An emotional connection to my paintings attracts like- minded people to me. My art neutralizes apparent differences in an unspoken language of spontaneity, color, shape and form. This is not definable but my work bridge's gaps. I see evidence of this phenomenon in my gallery on a daily basis. The people who are inspired to buy my work sometimes appear very different from me but it is my art that brings us together. My suggestion is not to intellectualize my paintings. If you have an emotional connection, don't question why, just go with it!
